Data and Information We Collect
We basically collect 2 types of data – personal and statistical information that is received from our website.
We have several forms on our website for our customers and visitors that may either be interested in our services or have a question/comment for us. All information filled out in the form is kept confidential. We will never give or sell your information to anyone without the user’s consent. We ask all customers and visitors to avoid submitting any sensitive or secure data such as payment, login/passwords, etc.
Below are some types of information we may collect from our forms:
• Company Name
• IP Address
We may collect statistical data occasionally for marketing and research purposes. Please note that all statistical data is not in anyway tied to the visitor. We do NOT collect any personal information on statistical data.
Statistical data is used to show us where and how users are finding our website. The data we collect may relate to what keywords were typed or searched on an online search engine (i.e. Google, Yahoo, Bing). General geographic location may also be looked at to see where users are viewing our website. We may also look at general numbers as far as the number of times the site was viewed, the time of day it was visited, or whether the site was visited by a previous-user or new-user.
Cookies and Cached Files
Typically when a website is visited, a “cookie” is temporarily stored in your web browser or temporary internet files. Cookie’s that are stored on your computer allows websites to track information like what pages of the site have being viewed and length of time visiting the website. Cookie’s used on this website can be stored up to one year.
Cache files basically allows your web browser to load faster. Anytime you visit a website, content such as text, photos, videos will be temporarily downloaded in a cache file so that the next time you visit the same site, rather than downloading everything directly over the internet, it will allow a portion of the site to load faster using the content from the cached files. This helps the user to browse through pages faster.
You do have the ability to delete these files. All information that may be stored on your computer from our website does not contain any personal information and is only used for statistical purposes. Your web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari), should have instructions on how to delete these files after each session should you choose to do so.
Content on this website may include embedded content such as videos images, articles, etc. Embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
